Oscar De La Renta was born on the 22 of July in 1932 at Santo Domingo Dominican Replublic.  He became world known in the 1960s as one of the couturiers to design for Jacqueline Kennedy. As an award winning designer he worked for Balmain and Lanvin. He is particularly famous for his red carpet gowns and famous brands evening wear. He died on 21.10.2014 at age 82.
