2nd Take Celebrates Autumn at Second Customer Evening

On the evening of Wednesday 27 March, 2nd Take held its second customer evening, and with the weather cooling and autumn fast approaching, it seemed only natural that the evening’s theme would be ‘Autumn Trends 2013’. Presenting the event and forecasting fashion trends for the upcoming chilly season was one of 2nd Take’s fabulous fashion interns, Jamie Petersen, who spoke about the looks seen on international catwalks and showed 2nd Take’s take on them.

After arriving at our Sea Point store, our loyal customers were invited to enjoy some wine and snacks and encouraged to do some mingling before the commencement of our ‘Autumn Trends 2013’ runway show. Trends which were highlighted on the catwalk included layering, colour blocking, over coats, prints and plains, all of which were seen at International Fashion Weeks world over. Hopefully now our guests are clued-up as to what to wear in the upcoming season!

2nd Take would like to extend an enormous ‘thank you’ to our wonderful sponsors: Placecol Skin Care Clinic in Sea Point donated discount cards as well as a Microdermabrasion facial and back and neck massage to the value of R500, Beaucience Natural sponsored Vitamin Super Cream samples for all of our guests, and Regis Hair Salon donated a voucher for a complimentary cut and blow-dry to the value of R335 for one lucky customer. We really appreciate their help in making the evening extra special! Also deserving of our endless gratitude are the wonderful hair and make-up artists, as well as our beautiful models, all of whom really made the evening possible.

Our second customer evening was a great success, and with the turnout being even bigger than our last month’s customer evening, we are confident and excited that this is a prediction of bigger and better things to come!  Stay tuned to our Facebook page for some pictures from the event, or to purchase some of the clothing featured in our runway show, make sure to check out our online store.
